periods are handled.
Subscription Plan
Qulaxy offers one subscription plan:
- $30 USD per month
- Includes a 14-day free trial before the first payment
- All subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled.
14-Day Free Trial
All new users receive a 14-day free trial before any payment is charged.
- No payment is required during the trial period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 14-day trial.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and
you will be charged $30 USD per month.
No Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to Qulaxy are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully processed:
- No refunds will be issued.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
- No refunds will be granted for failure to cancel before the trial ends.
- Cancellation only prevents future billing.
Because Qulaxy provides immediate access to digital software services, refunds cannot be offered after
billing has occurred.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- If canceled during the trial period → No charge will occur.
- If canceled after payment → Your subscription will remain active until the end
of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for remaining days in the billing cycle.
